Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits. The most important is the team environment.

Duties & responsibilities:

Social media posting

  • Social media management – Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | LinkedIn | YouTube
  • Schedule Social Activity across all channels
  • Build CEO’s LinkedIn Profile – Research
  • Photo sourcing
  • Social Media influencer outreach and engagement
  • Graphic design – or can use Canva
  • Monthly reporting

Database Management, building, and Customer Care

  • Administration support – including database and email management – MailChimp
  • Newsletter creation – Mailchimp
  • Responding to queries
  • Sending out information packs
  • Following up on queries
  • Email nurture management – use MailChimp to create automated emails
  • Monthly reporting

Administration Support

  • Research
  • Posting ads on Gumtree
  • Reporting
  • Support marketing activities
  • Email management

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Graduate is an advantage
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Experience in Social Media Campaign
  • Experience in Email Marketing Campaign
  • Flexible in doing research task
