Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

About the client:
A team of marketing, advertising and Customer Experience specialists with over sixteen years experience of organising exceptional conferences throughout Australia, Asia and the UK. We’ve taken the best parts of what we’ve learned and some really talented people to create something new and exciting.
We will drive the strategy and are now looking for a Senior Marketing and Sales professional to helpus execute tasks within the sales and marketing functions of our business.


  • Assisting with delegate management and acquisition, email and LinkedIn based (no phoning)
  • Marketing/event administration tasks
  • Assisting with building and delivering email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Assisting with managing the Marketing Director’s inbox
  • Basic digital analytics reporting
  • Supplier management
  • Speaker Administration
  • Conference speaker Admin ( booking flights and accommodation etc )


  • Taking delegate registrations and sponsor onboarding
  • Researching new sales prospects on LinkedIn and various other websites

Social Media

  • Assisting with growing our LinkedIn contacts both individual and company level
  • Assisting with posting relevant content to our LinkedIn accounts
  • Assisting with running LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Basic management of our Facebook account
  • Assisting with running Facebook ad campaigns
  • Management of Twitter account
  • Assisting with running our blog


  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Photoshop
  • Indesign
  • Illustrator
  • WordPress
  • Google Analytics
  • Google docs

Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
