Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.
- The customer service representative will be using Zendesk to complete client’s requests.
- Update their store locations on client’s platform.
- The customer service representative will learn to make those changes on client’s database while updating the clients of their current status.
- The representative must have good attention to detail, and review the account specific notes before making changes.
- Must have experience with Excel and spreadsheets.
- Must have strong communication skills, as we’ll be adjusting the process in the near future.
- Open for Night Shift schedule.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
