Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.
- Ensure client data is accurately recorded in all business systems according to agreed processes (CRM Management).
- Transcribe voice recorded file notes
- Accurate and timely preparation of various reports
- Prepare client communication
- Ensure applications and other client documentation is completed and lodged according to business processes
- Liaise with financial institutions (i.e. banks, fund managers or insurance providers etc.)
- Provide back-office administration and support.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Strong communication both verbal and written (English).
- Exceptional numeracy skills, with the ability to prepare and analyze a range of financial reports.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
